What is Manager vs. Leader, PM vs. Agile, roles vs. titles - all these blend into an experience which is not easy to asses, to replicate or copy in another context(s). Everybody blames the PM/Manager (“The fish gets rotten from the head first”, right?), while now Agile practices might go over-selling or just become a commodity.
I don’t claim I’m in the possession of the ultimate truth, but I really trust people sharing on their experiences (their problem - context - solution) and I hope trying something like this you will get at least a different perspective and learn something to try into your context(s).

I’m a PM (Project Manager) because I need to structure my work, but I’m an Agilist by belief.
I’m a Manager by title and I hope a “servant leader” by example.
I’m wearing multiple hats (roles according the quality system - QMS), with a background in Software Development and some Training experience.
I’m in Visma (and Sibiu) for 9 years by now. I’m curious and passionate, I like to experiment, always look to innovate.
