Adrian Bărglăzan will discuss about things that young developers should do to boost their knowledge, be better, tips and tricks and some bad coding habits styles.
Addressed to modern developers (juniors or not) who are experts in the art of CloneAndModifyProgramming.
Most code monkeys only know one language and are opposed to learning more, they say that algorithms and math are useless in the "real world" and they have no idea what the "cool stuff" even is, wishing to use it is unthinkable.
It will be a light talk (mostly sharing experience and code) about the characteristics of a Code Monkey.
We might also get to some philosophical points, where we share ideas on how to improve yourself. We shall touch gently various topics - from programming paradigms to patterns and principles.

Software developer with more than 11 years experience in various technologies/frameworks: from embedded C, to C++, C# and Javascript.
His focus is currently on .NET stack and Web development. Also he is interested in compression - especially image compression (lossless and near-lossless) and computer vision.
